our web site is brand new, factory sealed, and includes all the
original accessories! (Unless clearly stated)

What is factory refurbished?
· Anytime a retail store or consumer opens a product box
and it is not purchased, the retailer cannot sell it as new and
often ships it back to the manufacturer
· If a consumer decides they do not wish to keep a product
for any reason, even if it is the next day, it is sent back to the
manufacturer
· Once at the manufacturer, the entire item is completely
gone through to assure it meets ALL factory specifications and is
quality checked again
· Factory Refurbished goods have a very low 2% return rate
because they have been checked at least twice for original quality
· Each product includes a warranty that is supplied by the
manufacturer that matches or even exceeds the original warranty
· The price to the consumer is MUCH

Tracking my Order:
Tracking information is secured the day after the merchandise
has been shipped. Sometimes the tracking number is not valid because
UPS hasn�t scanned the merchandise yet, so we suggest you wait
until the evening to get accurate tracking information. Your tracking
number can be found by visiting the Order Status page (a red button
to this page is found on virtually every page of our site)
If you have not received a tracking number via email,
and it is over 48 business hours since you placed your order,

Cancellations?
In order to confirm the cancellation of an order,
please call our direct phone number which is indicated on
your order confirmation page and also in the e-mail confirmation
you received after placing your order.
Why was my order cancelled?
Thank you for contacting SIMPLYPLUMBING.COM. Whenever an order
is cancelled, we send an email telling you why we had to cancel
your order. If you haven�t received an email from us, it may well
be that there is a problem with the way your email address was
entered in the order, or your server has filtered out our email.
If you have not received an email from us, please complete the
information below and we will get back to you within 24 hours
or you can call our direct number located on your order confirmation
page.
Warehouse Status means your order has been received
and processed by the warehouse. At this point, we are awaiting
the tracking information from our warehouse to update your
order. After we receive the tracking number, we will automatically
e-mail the e-mail address you specified in your original order.
Return Policy:
For a period of 30 days, our return policy allows you to exchange your merchandise if defective
or you can return the item for a refund. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee and
shipping charges. Unfortunately, 25% is the cost charged by our distributors
to take back the item. Your credit card company also
charges us fees for charging and crediting your account - it never
ends! (We do not pass on the credit card fees.)
The item must be returned in brand new condition with
all warranty and instructional information. If that is not the
case, you may be subject to additional fees.
Receipt:
Merchandise from SIMPLYPLUMBING.COM originates from
many locations within the United States, therefore, it is next
to impossible to have an invoice included with each shipment.
